[A MUST HAVE IN THE SHOWER] The prep work is important. Make sure you soak your skin with water for about 5 min. If your skin is oily then soap up and make sure all the soap is rinsed off. Rinse and bring out the sponge. Turn off the water. Start to rub the sponge over your skin in small sections. If your skin is dry, you can’t have the sponge too wet, just wet your skin and scrub.

[WARM TIPS BEFOR AND AFTER USE] It works great just that you need to let your skin soften with warm water which can take a few minutes. Also, you can’t have the bath sponge too wet.
