This can be applied once or twice a week. Do not use metal utensils when mixing clays.
Exfoliator – Mix one tablespoon clay with one tablespoon of your favorite natural exfoliator (sugar, coffee, oatmeal) and one tablespoon of water/rosewater (or your preferred oil), to form a paste. Gently rub into skin. Use once a week.
